Changing Faces was founded by Clinical Dental Technician of the Year 2009, Marc Northover. Operating within carefully selected dental practices across the UK, Changing Faces Denture Clinics offer denture wearers a new experience in denture treatment and design. At the heart of the Changing Faces philosophy is a commitment to providing the very best in denture care and craftsmanship – and the natural looking dentures that appear to have literally grown into place.
Challenge
When Changing Faces came to us, the company was in its infancy and looking for a way to generate more enquiries from their website. While they were already working with a traditional marketing agency, their marketing to date wasn’t really bringing them the results they’d hoped for. What they needed was the lead generation that promised the best return on their investment.
Solution
It was quickly apparent that a website upgrade would bring Changing Faces better results. Working closely with the Changing Faces brand, we designed and built the new Changing Faces website – one that truly reflected the quality their denture clinics provided. To make Changing Faces more visible online, we applied a combination of over 80 SEO techniques, adding metadata to the site, using highly relevant search terms. To drive traffic to the new website, we created targeted PPC campaigns. To increase conversion rates, we added forms to different web pages, making it even easier for people to get in touch and register their interest.
Results
Changing Faces reported a sharp increase in the amount of enquiries they received, a trend which has continued to grow. Now, the Changing Faces website ranks for 74 pages on the first page of Google.
Next steps
To increase Changing Faces’ presence online, we are continuing to provide metadata for SEO and developing the web content to help the website achieve higher rankings on the world’s major search engines.
